1 - Pkg Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs
(no brand in particular)
2 - 3 Cans Pork & Beans
(your preference)
Amounts below can be adjusted to your taste
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
1 tsp Mustard
Cut up all the hot dogs in bite size pieces. Add to skillet along with 1 - 2 T. butter (I know fattening but oh well) Saute hot dogs until very lightly brown. Add pork n beans to a large bowl add BBQ sauce, brown sugar and mustard mix well. Add hot dogs and mix. Pour into a casserole dish and bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly.
*We serve ours with sweet corn muffins. I add the corn muffins in the oven the same time as I add the beanie weenie casserole. When the corn muffins are done, so is the casserole.
